Lucile is a valuable resource for moms who want to explore their options when it comes to birth providers and locations. She has given birth to 7 children – 2  in hospitals and 5 at home. Her personal birth attendants have included Obstetricians, Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), lay midwives and other birth assistants. In addition to her personal experience as a mother, childbirth educator, and birth coach, she has 21 years of experience as an educator with SelectHealth, the health insurance division of Intermountain Healthcare, assisting individuals in communicating with their providers, as well as educating both patients and providers regarding care options.
