Liz Stika

 

 

Liz has been attending births since 2005 when she became a DONA trained doula and began her midwifery practice in 2012.  Liz is passionate about providing ongoing information and evidenced based care to her clients throughout the childbearing year. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science in 2005 and in 2014 she graduated with honors from the Midwives College of Utah.  In 2014 Liz also teamed up with the Community School of Midwifery to develop their curriculum and currently enjoys teaching a variety of midwifery topics
